Nathalie L. Bell, managing partner of Bell Law Group, has been a practicing attorney since 2002. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens District Attorney’s Office, followed by a role as Senior Counsel and later Deputy Bureau Chief at the Nassau County Police Department’s Legal Bureau. There, she also served as the Department’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Workplace Violence Representative, investigating discrimination claims and ADA complaints. In 2022-2023, Ms. Bell was appointed as Counsel to NYPD Police Commissioner Keechant L. Sewell, advising on police officer discipline, labor, employment, EEO, and union matters.
